Semenya not competed since he won in Berlin in August gold in the 800m athletics World Cup. After his victory was revealed that he had been subjected to a test of gender.
Semenya, 19, underwent hormone treatment and it is believed that his is a case of "intersex." Is expected to return to the jurisdiction at some point this year. Source
